Klaus succeeded his father-in-law in 2001, and has been the driving force behind CVL Group's expansion into the successful operation of today. Known among customers for his “can-do” attitude, Klaus’ industry knowledge is second to none, and he remains instrumental in our day-to-day operations. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its product and service range, increased our geographical cover to include mainland Europe and increased its market presence, becoming a trusted name in van conversions and linings. His forward-thinking approach ensures that CVL Group remains at the forefront of the industry, continually meeting the evolving needs of customers and setting the industry standard.

Joanne is the daughter of Derek Price, the founder of CVL Group, and she has inherited his dedication to the business. Day-to-day Joanne manages our operations and personnel. She is committed to our staff’s wellbeing and welfare, overseeing all aspects of people management, from recruitment and training to employee engagement and development. She believes that a happy, well-supported team is the key to delivering exceptional service, and she is dedicated to creating a positive and productive work environment. Under her guidance, the company continues to thrive, delivering solutions with the same passion and integrity that her father envisioned.

Part of the team at CVL Group for 22 years, Kelvyn has worked his way up from our manufacturing team to his role as General Manager. His deep-rooted knowledge of our operations and products has shaped our growth and development. As General Manager, Kelvyn oversees daily operations with a meticulous eye, ensuring every aspect of the business runs smoothly. Kelvyn is also at the forefront of product innovation, constantly seeking new ways to improve and ensuring that our company continually meets the highest standards.

Shaun manages our finance department, overseeing departmental budgets, and financial planning and analysis to support the company’s growth and stability. He ensures that we maintain strong financial health, enabling us to invest in innovation and continue delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Having been part of the family business since the age of 16, James now leads our onsite conversion team with a deep commitment to quality and precision. As our in-house auto-electrician, James has honed his skills over the years, developing a reputation for meticulous attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities. His technical skills are key to maintaining the high standards that our customers have come to expect from us.

Anya, who joined CVL Group in 2024, completes the Kolleth family set within the company, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the business. After earning her degree from the University of Warwick in 2023, she has seamlessly transitioned into her role at CVL Group, where she is responsible for crafting and executing our marketing strategies across all our media channels. Her commitment to the family business and its success make her a valuable addition to our team.
